Welcome to Tidiii On Demand™, operated under Grandview Holdings Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, forms, or services, you agree to the following terms.
Tidiii On Demand™ (“the Platform”) operates under Grandview Holdings Group LLC as a digital marketplace that connects Clients with independent Service Professionals (“Pros”) offering cleaning and related services.
We facilitate:
Scheduling and communication between Clients and Pros
Secure payments and payouts through verified third-party processors
Optional access to insurance, background checks, and platform support tools
Tidiii On Demand™ does not provide cleaning services directly.
All cleaning work is performed by independent Pros who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Grandview Holdings Group LLC.
Each Pro is solely responsible for the quality and completion of their work, and for maintaining all licenses, equipment, and insurance required to perform their services.
While we aim to verify and support every Pro through our onboarding and rating system, Tidiii On Demand™ cannot guarantee the outcome, timing, or quality of services performed.
By booking through the platform, Clients acknowledge that Tidiii On Demand™ acts only as a facilitator and payment intermediary and is not a direct provider of cleaning services.
All payments for services booked through Tidiii On Demand™ are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Clients agree to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Funds may be held in escrow by the Platform until services are completed.
Tidiii On Demand™ may collect a service or platform fee from Clients and/or Pros for use of the Platform, payment processing, and support services.
All fees will be displayed before confirming a booking or payout.
Tidiii On Demand™ aims to ensure satisfaction with every booking.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the Platform’s discretion and may be issued only when:
A Pro fails to appear or cancels without sufficient notice;
Services were not started or completed; or
A verified technical or billing error occurred.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a Client is dissatisfied with the outcome of a service but the Pro fulfilled the booking in good faith, Tidiii On Demand™ may, at its discretion, offer a service credit or re-cleaning rather than a monetary refund.
Service credits do not expire and can be applied toward future bookings.
By booking through the Platform, Clients agree to contact Tidiii On Demand™ first to resolve any issue before disputing a charge with their bank or payment provider.
Tidiii On Demand™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks without allowing investigation or resolution.
All Service Professionals (“Pros”) who provide cleaning or related services through Tidiii On Demand™ operate as independent contractors, not as employees, partners, or agents of Grandview Holdings Group LLC or Tidiii On Demand™.
Each Pro:
Controls their own schedule, tools, equipment, and methods of work.
Is responsible for maintaining proper licenses, certifications, and insurance required to perform their services.
Is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, including income, employment, and self-employment taxes.
May provide services to other clients or platforms, without restriction.
Tidiii On Demand™ provides access to digital tools for scheduling, communication, payments, and (where applicable) insurance options.
These tools are made available solely to help Pros manage their bookings and improve customer experience.
Use of the Platform does not create an employment relationship between the Pro and Tidiii On Demand™ or Grandview Holdings Group LLC.
The Platform is not responsible for withholding taxes, providing employee benefits, or covering expenses unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Pros represent that they are qualified to perform the services they accept and agree to perform them in a professional and safe manner.
Tidiii On Demand™ operates as a technology platform connecting Clients and independent Pros.
We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and our cancellation policy ensures fairness and accountability for both sides.
Clients may cancel bookings through the Platform:
24 hours or more before service: full refund (minus platform or processing fees).
6–24 hours before: 50% refund or service credit.
Under 6 hours or after Pro dispatch: no refund, full charge applies.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may limit a Client’s booking privileges.
If a Pro cancels a confirmed booking:
The Client will receive a full refund or immediate replacement cleaner (subject to availability).
The canceling Pro will forfeit payment for that job and may receive a performance penalty affecting their account standing.
Pros with multiple cancellations may be temporarily or permanently removed from the Platform.
Tidiii On Demand™ reserves the right to:
Assign replacement Pros when available,
Adjust or waive fees when justified by evidence, and
Make the final determination in cancellation or refund disputes.
All decisions made by the Platform are considered final.
In cases of emergencies, natural disasters, or other events beyond anyone’s control, both Clients and Pros are protected from penalties.
Tidiii On Demand™ may offer refunds, reschedules, or credits at its discretion.
Tidiii On Demand™ works with independent cleaning professionals (“Pros”).
Each Pro is expected to maintain active liability insurance that covers their work.
Where a Tidiii On Demand-approved insurance partner is used (for example, on-demand job coverage), protection applies only to the extent of that policy’s terms and limits.
Grandview Holdings Group LLC and Tidiii On Demand™ act solely as a scheduling and payment platform.
We do not personally perform cleaning services and are not liable for damages, loss, or injury arising from services completed by independent Pros.
Any claim or dispute will be handled directly with the insured Pro or the insurance provider involved.
We collect personal information that Clients and Pros voluntarily provide, including:
Name, phone number, and email address;
Service address or location;
Payment and payout details (processed securely via Stripe or similar partners);
Professional credentials, insurance documents, and background check information (for Pros);
Usage data and communication logs within the platform (for customer support and safety).
Your information is used to:
Facilitate scheduling, communication, and secure payments between Clients and Pros;
Verify and onboard qualified Service Professionals;
Provide customer support and resolve disputes;
Improve platform reliability, fraud prevention, and service quality;
Send essential updates, confirmations, or promotional communications (which users can opt out of at any time).
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited information with trusted third-party providers who assist with:
Payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, etc.);
Insurance and liability coverage options;
Scheduling and CRM systems (Google Workspace, Jobber, or equivalent);
Background checks or verification services.
All third-party partners are required to maintain confidentiality and use information only for the purpose of supporting Tidiii On Demand™ operations.
We use encrypted systems, secure payment gateways, and verified platforms to protect personal and financial information.
Despite these safeguards, no online system is 100% secure, and users agree to share information at their own discretion.
We retain user information for as long as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or operational requirements.

Users may:
Request access to or correction of their personal data;
Request deletion of their account information;
Opt out of marketing emails;
Withdraw consent for certain processing activities (which may affect their use of the platform).

Tidiii On Demand™ and Grandview Holdings Group LLC reserve the right to update or modify these Terms, policies, and related documents at any time.
When changes occur, the revised version will be posted on our website with the updated “Last Revised” date shown at the top of the page.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If significant changes affect user rights or how data is handled, Tidiii On Demand™ may provide additional notice via email or in-app notifications before the changes take effect.
