The Guardian Steward Program™ authorizes individuals who operate in roles requiring responsibility, presence, and professional conduct. Authorization is issued through training, review, and ongoing oversight governed by the Grandview Trust Registry™.

What Is a Guardian Steward™

A Guardian Steward™ is an authorized professional who has:

Completed required training and onboarding
Agreed to a formal code of conduct
Met eligibility and review standards
Maintains an active authorization status

Guardians may serve in roles involving client access, on-site presence, stewardship of people or spaces, and situations where trust and accountability matter.

What “Authorized” Means

An Authorized Guardian™:

Has completed required training
Has been issued a unique Guardian ID
Is actively authorized and in good standing
Is subject to renewal, suspension, or revocation

Authorization is time-bound and reviewed to ensure accuracy and trust.

Verification & Oversight

Guardian authorization is governed by the Grandview Trust Registry™, a centralized system that tracks:

Authorization status
Validity periods
Renewal and compliance
Suspension or revocation when necessary

Verification is provided directly to clients and partners upon request.

Code of conduct

All Guardians agree to uphold standards including:

Professional behavior at all times
Respect for privacy and property
Compliance with training and safety requirements
Zero tolerance for misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation

Failure to meet standards may result in suspension or revocation.

Renewal & Accountability

Guardian authorization:

Is issued for a defined period
Requires renewal to remain active
May require updated training
Is subject to review at any time

This ensures the registry remains accurate, current, and trustworthy.

The Grandview Trust Registry™ is the governing authority that issues, tracks, and verifies authorization across Grandview programs. It exists to protect clients, partners, and the integrity of the professionals it authorizes.
