Authorization is issued through training, onboarding, and oversight governed by the Grandview Trust Registry™.
A Cleaner Steward™ is a cleaning professional who has:
Completed required onboarding and training
Agreed to professional conduct and safety standards
Met eligibility and review requirements
Maintains an active authorization status
Cleaner Stewards may operate in environments involving:
private residences
occupied commercial spaces
short-term rentals
sensitive or restricted-access areas
An Authorized Cleaner Steward™:
Has completed required training
Has been issued a unique authorization ID
Is actively authorized and in good standing
Is subject to renewal, suspension, or revocation
Authorization is time-bound and reviewed to maintain accuracy and trust.
Cleaner authorization is governed by the Grandview Trust Registry™, which tracks:
Authorization status
Validity periods
Training completion
Compliance and review actions
Verification is provided directly to clients and partners upon request.
Cleaner Stewards agree to uphold standards including:
Respect for property and privacy
Professional conduct and appearance
Compliance with safety and access protocols
Zero tolerance for theft, misconduct, or misrepresentation
Violations may result in immediate suspension or revocation
Cleaner authorization:
Is issued for a defined period
Requires renewal to remain active
May require updated training
Is subject to review at any time
